A small app, made by a small team. We read every message.
Need help? Email us at info@appninjas.eu.
Typical response time: under 24 hours, usually much faster. Please mention your iOS version and what you were trying to do — it helps us help you.
Open the post in TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, tap the share button, and choose Bitesize from the share sheet. Bitesize will fetch the video and use AI to extract the ingredients, steps, and timing into a clean recipe card you can save.
You can also paste any recipe URL directly: open Bitesize, tap the + button, and paste the link. Web articles, blog recipes, and photos of cookbook pages all work.
Yes. The free tier includes a generous monthly import limit and full access to your saved recipes. Premium unlocks unlimited imports plus translation, PDF export, the meal planner, and the shopping list.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings, not inside Bitesize:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until then. We do not have the ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf.
For refund requests, Apple handles those directly: reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can delete your account from inside the app:
If you can’t access the in-app option for any reason, email info@appninjas.eu from the address tied to your account and we’ll handle the deletion within 30 days.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel that separately in your iPhone’s Settings → Subscriptions first.
Most failed imports come down to one of these:
If a recipe still won’t import, send the link to info@appninjas.eu and we’ll take a look.
Straight to info@appninjas.eu. We genuinely read every one. The roadmap is shaped by what users actually ask for, so don’t hold back.
First, force-quit and reopen the app — subscription state usually syncs within a minute. If that doesn’t fix it, open Settings → Account in Bitesize and tap Restore purchases. Still stuck? Email us with your purchase receipt (Apple sends one to your email) and we’ll sort it out.
